Schonfeld Strategic Advisors LLC ("Schonfeld") is an investment adviser to several private funds. Schonfeld also engages third party sub-advisers to manage assets of its private funds as separately managed accounts (the "Schonfeld SMAs"). Accordingly, Schonfeld may be deemed to indirectly beneficially own securities owned by the Schonfeld SMAs. Each Schonfeld SMA is the record and direct beneficial owner of a portion of the securities covered by this statement.
