Nemus Bioscience Announces $2,000,000 Series F Preferred Stock Financing

 

Costa Mesa, Calif. (November 1, 2017) - NEMUS Bioscience, Inc. (OTCQB: NMUS) today announced that it closed a Securities Purchase Agreement with certain purchasers for the sale of 2,000 shares of Series F Preferred Stock for gross proceeds of $2,000,000. Each share of preferred stock is convertible into shares of common stock at a conversion price of $0.15 per share. Nemus has agreed to file a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to register the resale of the shares of common stock underlying the Preferred Stock. Nemus intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, to pay down obligations and other working capital items.
